Again, this tattoo design specifically for the use of [link] although I don't mind if you favorite it.

Larkin:
It's going to be too hard to put in detail to the insignia on the moon, unfortunately, because the design is too small and I highly doubt you want it any bigger than it is now. We'll have to figure out a size. I think you may even want to go smaller than the ones I've made.

In the first design, I wanted to see how it would look to use the original cover. Keep in mind the branches look like shit but I can easily fix those. I can make the tree a bit smaller and fit more branches in, so it actually looks like a tree. Haha. I can also do one like this with just leaves if you'd like, instead of the flowers.

I really really liked how much cleaner the design looked when I kept everything inside of the circle, which is where the second design comes in. I drew the moon in last, but obviously I can make it so the branches aren't obscuring the chalice design.

I'm in the process of figuring how and where to put a moon in the first design. Hopefully I'll have that up shortly. Also--are you sure you want the moon to be yellow? I can certainly play with other colors. Now that I have the designs scanned, I can easily alter them in photoshop instead of redrawing each one.
